Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM GST on Fridays or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates
- Orders Above AED 100: Free standard shipping.
- Orders Between AED 50 - AED 100: Free standard shipping for Dubai and Sharjah; AED 20 for other Emirates.
- Orders Below AED 50: AED 20 standard shipping fee.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
- Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi: COD is available.
- Other Emirates: COD is not available.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delivery Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
- Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional charges or longer delivery times. A member of our team will contact you if this applies to your order.
Return Policy
