Can I view my order history?
Yes, you can view your order history at any time through our website by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account and click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
2. Select the ‘View Orders’ link on the left side of the page to see your order history.
Can I track my order online?
Currently, orders cannot be tracked online. Once your order is packed, our delivery
partners will send a unique tracking link to notify you of the delivery schedule.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order confirmation email will provide the estimated delivery time. If additional delivery information is needed, our courier company will attempt to contact you.
I received my order but it's not suitable. How do I return it?
Abley’s strives to provide the highest quality and service. We are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any unsatisfactory items, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 7
days of receiving your order, along with a copy of the invoice. Returns can be
made online.

I received a discount voucher, but the code doesn’t work online. What’s the issue?
Once you apply a voucher code, it cannot be reused, so please ensure you are ready to complete your purchase before applying the code.
Common reasons why promo codes may not work include: expired codes, ineligible products, or the order limit not being met.
If you still encounter issues, please contact us, and we will help you with the redemption process.
How can I remove my details from your mailing list?
We’re sorry to hear you want to unsubscribe. To do so, log into your account and follow these steps:
1. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the website.
2. Select ‘Communication Preferences’.
3. Uncheck the email checkbox and click ‘Save’. You’ll receive a confirmation message once unsubscribed.
Alternatively, you can unsubscribe directly from any promotional email by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You will be directed to a page where you can submit the reason for unsubscribing and confirm the action.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled for several reasons, including:
- High demand for goods: You will receive an email confirming the cancellation and the next steps.
- If you requested cancellation: You will get a confirmation email.
- If delivery to the chosen address was unsuccessful.
- Payment failure.
- If the order was not picked up from warehouse in collection window.
What couriers do you use for deliveries?
Your dispatch email will include a tracking number and link to track your order. Follow the provided instructions to track your shipment.
I placed an order, but haven’t received a confirmation email. Why not?
If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, it may have been marked as spam or not reached your inbox. Please check your spam folder or verify that your email address is correct in your account details.
Typically, confirmation emails are sent shortly after the order is placed. However, during peak times, there may be a slight
delay.
How can I change my delivery address?
You can update your address by logging into your account, clicking on 'My Account', and selecting ‘Address Book’ to add, edit, or delete addresses.
Please note, if the order has already been
placed, changes to your address will not affect the delivery details, as it’s often not possible to modify the delivery address once an order is confirmed.
When is payment taken after I place an order?
Payment will be processed once your order is confirmed, applicable to both credit and
debit cards.
How can I confirm my online order was successful?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with
your order details, including the delivery and billing information. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delays.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you’ve forgotten your password, click on ‘Sign In’ and then select ‘Forgotten Your Password?’ We will send you instructions to reset your password.
If you don’t receive the reset email within an hour, please check your spam folder. If it’s not there, you can request a new reset email by contacting customer care at +971-50-209-6369 or care@ableys.shop.
