Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM GST on Fridays or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Delivery times
  Most items on ableys.shop are dispatched within 1 business day and delivered across the UAE in 2–3 business days.

  Made-to-order therapy equipment — items marked Made to order on the product page (our clinical and sensory-room range, also sold at ableys.ae) are prepared on request after your order is placed.
  
  Please allow approximately 2 weeks from order to delivery. If your order combines made-to-order and in-stock items, they may arrive separately at no extra charge.

  Clinics, schools and institutions — for bulk or installation orders, contact care@ableys.shop before ordering and we'll confirm a delivery window.

  We'll email you when your order is dispatched. Delivery is to UAE addresses only.

Shipping Rates

• Orders Above AED 100: Free standard shipping.
• Orders Between AED 50 - AED 100: Free standard shipping for Dubai and Sharjah; AED 20 for other Emirates.
• Orders Below AED 50: AED 20 standard shipping fee.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

• Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi: COD is available.
• Other Emirates: COD is not available.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Restrictions

• P.O. Boxes: We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas may incur additional charges or longer delivery times. A member of our team will contact you if this applies to your order.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. To know more please refer to our Return Policy.
